An accident at a substation on Thursday evening led to a loss of power in the center of Crimean Yalta, the city administration reported. Up to 40 transformer substations were out of order in the Yalta network due to high consumption, some of them were restored, power engineers were repairing underground cables, the head of Crimea Sergei Aksenov said earlier.
