MOSCOW, July 20 An energy infrastructure facility was damaged in the Konotop region Sumy region of Ukraine, reported the Ukrainian TV channel «Public».
As stated in a message published in the Telegram channel of the Public, “a power facility in the Konotop region, Sumy region” was damaged.
