MOSCOW, July 21 Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin congratulated workers and veterans of the metallurgical industry on their professional holiday and noted that their products ensure the country's defense capability, the achievement of technological sovereignty and the well-being of millions of Russians, the text of the congratulations was published on the Cabinet of Ministers website.

Metallurgist Day is a professional holiday for almost 700 thousand people. On this day, the main festive events traditionally take place at the main production sites of the largest Russian metallurgical companies.
