““The opportunity to directly influence electoral processes through digital platforms has turned out to be too convenient. I am sure that this will now be done more carefully, but the scale of manipulation will only increase,” Gorelkin wrote.
The parliamentarian noted that In the 2021 US presidential elections, a precedent occurred when social networks manipulated the course of the election race.
