Valentina Mikhailovna Bondarenko – Candidate of Economic Sciences, full member of the International Academy of Forecasting. She worked at the Institute of Economics of the Russian Academy of Sciences, and since 1993 she was the executive director of the foundation of the famous Soviet economist, one of the founders of the NEP, Nikolai Kondratiev.
