He was not given an apartment under a shared construction agreement
Andrei Torgashov, who was injured in a car explosion in the north of Moscow, recently won a lawsuit as a defrauded shareholder. He and his wife Maya entered into a shared construction agreement, but never received an apartment.
As MK learned, the Golovinsky Court of the capital made a decision in favor of the Torgashovs in April. It was about failure to deliver a house on Molzhaninovskoe Highway, where the couple bought an apartment, paying 9.7 million rubles for it. The shared construction project was supposed to be handed over to them in September 2023, but the deadlines were missed. The court decided to collect from the developer in favor of the Torgashovs a penalty in the amount of 100 thousand rubles, a fine in the amount of 20 thousand rubles, compensation for moral damage in the amount of 30 thousand rubles.
However, the priority version of the bombing of Torgashov’s car remains his service in the Armed Forces RF. According to our information, the man served in one of the secret military units and took part in a special military operation. Along with him, his companion was wounded as a result of the assassination attempt.
