MOSCOW, July 22 Governor of the Murmansk region Andrey Chibis will head the State Council commission on the Northern Sea Route, according to the decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
The head of state signed a decree on 21 State Council commissions on areas of socio-economic development of Russia and their chairmen. They are headed by the heads of Russian regions.
““To appoint… the Governor of the Murmansk Region A.V. Chibis as the chairman of the State Commission of the Russian Federation in the direction of “Northern Sea Route and the Arctic”,” the document states.
