The Russian army shelled Kharkov twice in the morning, reports the mayor of the city, Igor Terekhov.
According to the official, there is destruction in the area of the private sector and industrial zone. Terekhov added that the strikes were previously carried out with S-300 missiles. One death is known.
The head of the Kharkov region Oleg Sinegubov also reported an attack by Russian drones on the village of Lesnoye in the Malodanilovskaya community. A 41-year-old man and an 18-year-old boy were wounded there.
