The court refused to cancel the fine of 200 thousand rubles imposed on rapper Vasio

MOSCOW, July 23 The Moscow City Court refused to cancel the rapper Vacio (Nikolai Vasiliev) fine of 200 thousand rubles for promoting unconventional relationship at a scandalous «naked» party, a court heard on Tuesday.
“The decision of the Lefortovo District Court of Moscow, issued on December 22, 2023, in relation to Vasiliev was left unchanged, the appeal was not satisfied,” said the agency’s interlocutor.

The Lefortovo Court of Moscow at the end of last year arrested Vacio for 15 days and fined him 200 thousand rubles for appearing almost naked at a party. The rapper challenged the court decision only regarding the fine of 200 thousand rubles, which was imposed under the third part of Article 6.21 of the Administrative Code (“Propaganda of non-traditional sexual relations”).

As follows from the materials, Vasiliev violated public order, used crude obscene language and distributed publications on Telegram channels aimed at promoting non-traditional relationships.
In December 2023, a party was held at the Moscow club “Mutabor”, attended by many Russian pop stars , following the dress code, they came half naked. The organizer was blogger Anastasia Ivleeva. The event caused a negative resonance in society. Ivleeva and other star participants of the party publicly apologized, the Mutabor club was closed by a court decision for 90 days, and rapper Vacío received two arrests, for 15 and 10 days. Ivleeva was fined 100 thousand rubles for organizing a mass simultaneous presence of citizens in public places, resulting in a violation of public order.
