
MOSCOW, July 24 A defendant in the case of a car bombing in Moscow wrote his name on the social network VKontakte in Ukrainian, as follows from his profile data.
The VKontakte profile, presumably belonging to the person involved in the case, is named in Ukrainian — “Yevgen Serebryakov”. At the same time, the main content of the page is closed from other network users.

Also on the page, Serebryakov’s city of residence is indicated — Moscow; he indicated PSB as his place of work.
On Wednesday morning, two people were injured in a car explosion in the courtyard of a house on Sinyavinskaya Street in northern Moscow. According to the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs, “an unidentified object that was installed in the car detonated.” The case was transferred to the first department for the investigation of especially important cases of the capital's central headquarters of the Investigative Committee.
Later, Turkish Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya announced on social network X that a suspect in a car bombing in Moscow had been detained in Bodrum. According to the minister, a man named Evgeny Serebryakov arrived on a flight from Moscow at 09.40 (the time coincides with Moscow time), and already at 10.30 the Russian branch of Interpol received information about the search for a Russian named Evgeny Serebryakov flying on a Moscow-Bodrum flight in connection with a terrorist attack in Moscow using a bomb.
The Zamoskvoretsky Court in Moscow reported that Serebryakov is charged with illegal trafficking in explosive devices and attempted murder of two or more persons.
