MOSCOW, July 24 Evgeny Serebryakov, a defendant in the case of a car bombing in the north of Moscow, lived in the same apartment for seven years, he had cats, his neighbor on the site said .
“»We know that he had cats, but in general he did not cause any problems. He was very calm, there were no extraneous noises (there were no extraneous noises from him — ed.), nothing at all. On Wednesday morning, two people were injured as a result of a car explosion in the courtyard of a house on Sinyavinskaya Street in northern Moscow. According to the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs, “an unidentified object that was installed in the car detonated.” The case was transferred to the first department for the investigation of especially important cases of the capital's central headquarters of the Investigative Committee.
