MOSCOW, July 25 The Russian government does not plan to ban the export of diesel fuel from Russia; the situation with it is stable, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak told reporters.
«We are not going to ban diesel supplies, since we have large production and the situation is very stable now,» Novak told reporters.
As for a separate ban on winter diesel fuel, it is too early to talk about it, he added.
