MOSCOW, July 24 Russian President Vladimir Putin will open a number of facilities in new regions of Russia via video link on Wednesday, his press secretary Dmitry Peskov told reporters.
He noted that the head of state will hold a meeting on the socio-economic development of the new subjects of the Russian Federation on Wednesday, the president will make an opening speech and give relevant reports.
«And then a number of facilities will be opened via video link, I will not name them for obvious reasons,» Peskov said.
According to him, these will be facilities in the LPR, DPR, and in the Kherson and Zaporizhia regions.
«A whole series of objects. Therefore, such an event will be important from among the priority work that is carried out on an ongoing basis,» Peskov added.
The rest of the president's events will be of a non-public nature, he concluded.
