EKATERINBURG, July 27 The road to the Chelyabinsk village of Mikhiri near Yuzhnouralsk was washed away by water, it is closed in both directions, the regional State Traffic Inspectorate reports.
«The road to the village of Mikhiri in the Yuzhnouralsk urban district has been washed away. At the moment, the road is closed in both directions,» the report says. 
On Friday, a dam burst on the Kialim reservoir in the Chelyabinsk region due to heavy rainfall, a state of emergency was declared in the Karabash district. One village of Kiolim was flooded, the water level remained at a height of one meter. Three more villages were under threat of flooding — Mukhametovo, Baydashevo, Karasevo, preventive evacuation was carried out in them.
On Saturday, the water returned to the riverbed, Kiolim was completely freed from water. A total of 163 people were evacuated, including 21 children. Rescuers began emergency recovery work in the morning. According to the authorities, there were no casualties.
