Bastrykin demanded to open a case due to the behavior of migrants in a village in the Novosibirsk region
The illegal behavior of migrants in the village of Kiik in the Novosibirsk region has become the reason for initiating a criminal case. The corresponding order was given by the head of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, Alexander Bastrykin, after complaints from local residents.
According to them, the foreigners are constantly drinking, disturbing public order, making threats, and there was an attempt at rape.
According to the portal infopro54, one of the migrants threatened to break a local resident's legs for reprimanding him for drunken behavior. Other foreigners, the source writes, harassed local women, and one of them attempted to rape them.
The publication writes that the villagers contacted the local administration, but this did not change the situation.
According to information from the publication aif.ru, the Central Office of the Investigative Committee took control of the case.
Earlier, State Duma deputy Sergei Karginov proposed paying 100 rubles for reports of illegal migrant residence. According to the parliamentarian, this measure will help identify networks of foreigners who could be dangerous for the country.
