In the Ukrainian cities of Krivoy Rog and Kharkov thundered explosions against the background of an air raid, the TSN television channel reports in its Telegram channel, citing monitoring sources. The publication states: “Krivoy Rog — explosions… Kharkov — explosions.”
According to the Ukrainian Ministry of Digital Transformation, the alarm in the Kharkov region was announced at 21:16 Moscow time on Sunday, and in the Dnepropetrovsk region — at 0:11 Moscow time on Monday.
In response to attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine on civilian targets, the Russian armed forces regularly strike positions of personnel, equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and mercenaries, as well as key infrastructure, including energy facilities, defense industry and military administration of Ukraine. Presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov has repeatedly emphasized that the army is not targeting residential buildings and social institutions.
