Lokomotiv lost to Moscow Dynamo (1:3) in the second round of the Russian Premier League on Saturday. After the game, Tiknizyan responded harshly to a question from one of the journalists about a possible transfer to Moscow's Spartak, calling him a «fool.»
«The CDC will not consider Tiknizyan's statement to the journalist. There is no record of this in the report,» Grigoryants said.
The head of the CDC added that the next meeting of the committee will be held on Thursday.
