MOSCOW, July 30 The activities of four federal projects of the national project «Personnel» are designed to balance the labor market in the Russian Federation in the next six years; they will contain measures aimed at smoothing out existing imbalances, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said.
At a strategic session on the national project «Personnel», Mishustin noted that against the background of a low, less than 3%, unemployment rate in the labor market there are disproportions and imbalances. Enterprises in the real sector need employees, first of all, in engineering specialties, he added.
«The implementation of the activities of four federal projects — «Labor Market Management», «Education for the Labor Market», «Active Measures to Promote Employment» and «Labor Person», which will be included in the new national project, are called upon in the next six years seriously increase the involvement of our citizens in employment, and balance the labor market,» he said.
Mishustin noted that, first of all, it is necessary to form a flexible and effective system for training specialists focused on the needs of the economy.
