MOSCOW, July 31 An air raid siren was declared on Wednesday in the Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Kirovograd, Nikolaev and Odessa regions of Ukraine, according to the online map of the country's Ministry of Digital Transformation.
According to the resource, the air raid siren has been sounding in the Kharkiv region for two and a half hours. The siren spread to the other regions between 17:30 and 17:35 Moscow time.
The Russian Armed Forces began striking Ukrainian infrastructure on October 10, 2022, two days after the terrorist attack on the Crimean Bridge, which, according to Russian authorities, was carried out by Ukrainian special services. The strikes are carried out on energy, defense industry, military administration and communications facilities throughout the country. Since then, air raid sirens have been announced every day in Ukrainian regions, sometimes throughout the country. The press secretary of the Russian president, Dmitry Peskov, stated that Russian troops do not strike residential buildings or social infrastructure in battles with the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
