A Moscow route bus drove off the road onto a lawn and crashed into a tree
In Moscow, on Shipilovskaya Street, near house 54, building 1, an accident occurred involving a city bus on route M86. According to preliminary information, the driver lost control and, having driven onto the lawn, crashed into a tree. Fortunately, none of the passengers were hurt, and no serious injuries were recorded.
The incident occurred when the bus was on the route. At the time of the accident, as reported by the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the capital, the driver felt ill, which caused him to leave the roadway. Immediately after the incident, State Traffic Inspectorate officers arrived at the scene and began to establish all the circumstances of the incident.
The bus driver was hospitalized for a medical examination. It is important to note that before leaving on the route, he underwent a medical examination, and no deviations in health were recorded. The driver's work and rest regime was also observed.
The bus that was hit was a LiAZ-6213 model, manufactured in 2018. The vehicle was serviced in accordance with established standards, and its technical condition was checked before it went on the road. This means that the bus was in good condition and ready for use.
