MOSCOW, July 31 Following the UN Security Council decision to lift the arms embargo against the CAR, the Russian side expects to continue fruitful cooperation with the CAR in the military and military-technical fields, the Russian ambassador to the Bangui Alexander Bikantov.

«The Russian side clearly assesses the lifting of the unfair arms embargo against the CAR as a major event in the life of the friendly Central African people. According to him, Moscow is Bangui's main partner in the military and military-technical spheres.
