MOSCOW, July 31 A magistrate of Moscow's Tagansky District fined TikTok 4 million rubles for refusing to comply with an order from Roskomnadzor, the court reported.
“By the decision of the magistrate of the judicial district №373 of the Tagansky District of Moscow, acting as a justice of the peace of judicial section N422 of the Tagansky District of Moscow, Tiktok Pte. LTD was found guilty of committing an administrative offense under 19.7.10-4 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, it was sentenced to an administrative fine of 4 million rubles,» the agency's interlocutor said.
Earlier on Wednesday, the court fined Google 5 million rubles for a similar offense.
