MOSCOW, July 31 The Moscow Arbitration Court has terminated proceedings in the bankruptcy case of Polish Oil and Gas Industry JSC (PGNiG), initiated at the request of the capital's inspection No. 36 of the Federal Tax Service (FTS) of Russia, a correspondent reports from the courtroom.
The applicant requested that local bankruptcy proceedings be instituted against the debtor — bankruptcy proceedings against the property of PGNiG located in Russia.
«The court has decided to terminate the bankruptcy proceedings against Polish Oil and Gas Industry JSC,» Judge Yuri Ivanov announced the operative part of the court's ruling.
