A strange inspection took place two days before the emergency
A resident of house 81 on Sibirskaya Street in Nizhny Tagil, where a devastating explosion occurred on Thursday morning, spoke about the visit of strange people — supposedly representatives of the gas company services — a couple of days before the incident.
“The neighbors told me about this,” Evgeniy explained. “I was at work at that moment, so they didn’t get to me.” And some residents were visited and inspected the pipes.
Today, at the time of the explosion, Evgeniy was also on duty, so he was not injured.
Details of the incident that occurred half an hour before the explosion were also revealed. The same strange gas workers in uniform came to check on house 68 on Vagonostroiteley Avenue. It is located just a couple of hundred meters from the house where the explosion occurred. Many residents also did not let the inspectors in, and then one of them hit the gas pipe in anger.
The debris removal continues at the site of the house explosion. There are 7 people injured; how many people are under the rubble is still unknown.
