Official court documents available to , stated that Sidiki has relatives outside the Russian Federation, for which reason, in particular, the investigation believes that the defendant could have hidden abroad from the investigative bodies and the trial. Sidiki is accused of undergoing training for the purpose of carrying out terrorist activities, and is also charged with committing a terrorist act, attempting another, and preparing for a third — all as part of a group of people. According to the investigation, on November 11 last year, as a result of the detonation of a homemade explosive device on the 190th kilometer of the 3rd main track of the Rybnoye — Blokpost 204 km station section of a double-track electrified section in the Ryazan region, 19 cars of a freight train traveling from the Titan station of the October Railway to the Yulyevka station of the Volga Railway were derailed, 15 cars were damaged. Law enforcement officers detained a resident of the Ryazan region born in 1988, who has Russian and Italian citizenship.
