On Thursday, the first and second entrances collapsed in a five-story apartment building in Nizhny Tagil. According to preliminary data, the cause of the collapse was an explosion of a gas-air mixture without subsequent combustion.
According to the State Information System of Housing and Communal Services, the panel house 81 on Sibirskaya Street was built in 1974, as of May 1, 2023, the total depreciation of the building was 30%, it was maintained by the management company Tagil-City. The resource supplying organization responsible for gas supply is Gazex JSC.
According to the portal Dom.MinZhKH.RU, the house had 80 residential premises in six entrances, a major renovation of the building was planned for 2032, while the gas supply system was planned to be repaired in 2043.
