MOSCOW, August 2, Alena Sulizova. Sports commentator Dmitry Guberniev, in response to the statements of football commentator Gennady Orlov about criticism of the use of camp and prison jargon in sports media, said that Russia has nurtured chanson, so he is no longer surprised by anything.
Earlier, sports commentator Orlov said on air at «Radio Zenit» that prison and camp jargon have begun to be frequently used in sports media, including on television.
«Considering the fact that our country, one might say, has nurtured chanson, I am not surprised by anything. But Gennady Sergeyevich, of course, knows better. I don't use such jargon, and about everyone else — ask them. And I don't like chanson, I like hard rock,» said Guberniev.
«The people I work with — Alexander Legkov, Denis Pankratov, Dmitry Zanin and many other commentators and correspondents — don't use such things in their speech. Gennady Sergeyevich, apparently, meant football commentators, since he himself is a brilliant football commentator.
