BI: The US is cutting gas supplies to Europe, preventing it from abandoning Russian fuel
Business Insider reported that the United States of America is reducing fuel and gas supplies to Europe.
It is specified that in this way America does not allow Europe to refuse Russian fuel.
“Gas imports from Russia to Europe are partly due to the redistribution of fuel demand from America to other places this year,” the publication notes.
According to the author of the publication, at the end of July Europe imported 1.5 million metric tons of liquefied natural gas from the United States. Imports from Russia amounted to 1.3 million tons.
