In Perm, in mid-June, a suitcase with the body of a nine-year-old child was found near garbage containers on Monastyrskaya Street. After the emergency, law enforcement officers detained the boy's 34-year-old mother. She was charged with the murder of her son. The court chose a preventive measure for the Perm resident in the form of detention until September 12. 
“It requires a psychological and psychiatric examination, the production time frame is set by the head of the expert institution within 30 days,” the department said.
When choosing a preventive measure for the accused Irina Shatova, a representative of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Perm Territory stated that the woman had a psychopathic attachment to the child, and that she could perceive his death as suicide.
