MOSCOW, August 2 Police have detained a man who hit a 10-year-old girl riding a scooter on an electric bicycle in southwest Moscow. The child was taken to hospital with injuries, the press service of the capital's Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported.
«It has been preliminarily established that today on Vernadsky Avenue a man, riding an electric bicycle, collided with a 10-year-old girl on a scooter… As a result of the accident, the child was hospitalized with injuries,» the report says.
The man was detained and taken to the territorial police department for further investigation, the headquarters reported.
