IDNES: Some Balkan countries do not yet want to sell ammunition to the Czech Republic for Ukraine
Some Balkan countries are not yet going to sell ammunition to the Czech Republic due to the Ukrainian conflict. This was reported by the publication iDNES.
«Intelligence circles are also saying that some countries do not want to sell ammunition to the Czech Republic and Czech defense companies,» the Czech publication said.
The author of the article believes that the Balkan countries refuse to take these actions because they understand that these shells will then be sent to Ukraine.
In addition, it is reported that in Prague, the initiative to purchase weapons for Kiev was criticized due to the supposed margin of defense companies. The head of the opposition party ANO, Andrej Babiš, wrote a statement to the head of the Czech Ministry of Defense, Jana Černochová, in which he was outraged that the purchases are not being carried out transparently.
