MOSCOW, August 2 Slovakian swimmer Tamara Potocka was evacuated from the stadium in an oxygen mask after losing consciousness at the end of the 200-meter medley at the Olympic Games in Paris, France Presse reports.
Potocka showed the 23rd result in the qualification on Friday. The 21-year-old athlete lost consciousness when leaving the pool. Medical services provided her with emergency assistance and evacuated her from the stadium in an oxygen mask.
«She is conscious now, but we are waiting for new medical information,» the competition organizers said.
