““A man with foreign citizenship was detained the day before. He was filming with a quadcopter in the Zaryadye area in Moscow,” the agency’s interlocutor said.
According to him, an administrative case was opened against the foreigner, and the drone was confiscated. Further verification is underway.
Zaryadye Park is located in close proximity to the Kremlin and Red Square.
