On August 16-17, the KAZANRING Canyon track will host the fifth stage of the International Series of Circuit Racing for Historic Cars Classic Touring!
This is the first stage that the Series will hold on the Kazan track, known for its breathtaking elevation changes — up to 28 meters.
Among the participants of Classic Touring there are many veterans of domestic motorsports who are already well acquainted with KAZANRING, but some of the pilots will be there for the first time, which could have an unpredictable effect on the outcome of the upcoming races. The fight on the track promises to be interesting!

In total, the fifth stage will feature six races in nine classes, which will once again unite a variety of racing equipment and pilots of different ages and generations within one motorsport weekend.
KAZANRING will feature iconic Soviet classics – Zhiguli, Moskvich, IZH and Volga cars, as well as modern powerful foreign cars, competing in support races.

For some of the participants, the fifth stage may be decisive on the way to the final of the anniversary season of the Classic Touring Series — the final sixth stage will be held in September in Moscow. The pilots will compete for the title of champion of the traditional Classic Touring competitions and the winner of the RAF Cup in automobile circuit racing.
