Law enforcement officers found a 15-year-old boy in a house in the SNT «Sadko» Leningrad Region, writes 78.ru.
According to the publication, he lived there alone. The plot belongs to a man born in 1960, journalists shared the details. At a medical facility, the teenager reported that the owner of the house had harassed him there and at his address in the city. The harassment began back in 2020.
The prosecutor's office learned at the end of July that a minor could live in the gardening association without a legal representative.
The owner of the house was detained near the SNT «Sadko», a protocol was drawn up against him, the issue of initiating a case under the article of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation is being decided.
