MOSCOW, August 5 The State Duma has already fulfilled 54% of the plan for implementing Russian President Vladimir Putin's address, said State Duma Chairman Vyacheslav Volodin.
«As of today, out of 90 points of the address — measures that we, analyzing the address, identified for ourselves, 49 have already been completed, that is, 54%,» Volodin said at a meeting with the head of state.
He noted that issues related to the president's address are a priority for the State Duma.
«We understand that by implementing the address, we are doing everything to achieve the goals of national development,» Volodin added.
Volodin thanked Putin for all legislative decisions and noted the importance of the president's support.
