MOSCOW, August 6 Russian President Vladimir Putin has instructed the Russian government to develop additional measures of state support and incentives for the production of goods using secondary resources by December 15. The list of instructions following the expanded meeting of the Presidential Council for Strategic Development and National Projects and the State Council commissions on areas of socio-economic development of the Russian Federation has been published on the Kremlin website.
«The Government of the Russian Federation, together with the Commission of the State Council of the Russian Federation on «environmental well-being» … shall develop additional measures of state support and stimulation of the production of goods, performance of work and provision of services using secondary resources and secondary raw materials in order to ensure sustainable demand for products and materials manufactured using such resources and raw materials in various sectors of the economy, including road construction… The deadline is December 15, 2024,» the document says.
