The husband of the pregnant woman who was shot point-blank by Ukrainian militants in the Kursk region told how it happened.
In an interview with Readovka, Artem, the husband of 24-year-old Nina Kuznetsova, said that he, his wife, mother, and one-and-a-half-year-old son were trying to evacuate from Sudzha in two cars.
According to the man, he was driving first, and the others were behind. Suddenly, Ukrainian militants opened fire on them from an ambush.
Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers began shooting point-blank at Artem's car, completely riddling it with holes, but did not hit the driver. Then the militants attacked Nina's car — the girl and her son were wounded, she lost consciousness and crashed into her husband's car.
Her mother and husband dragged the wounded girl, who was two months pregnant, and the baby into the first car and drove to the hospital. However, they were unable to save Nina.
The baby is currently in the hospital — there is no threat to his life, and Artem is raising money for his wife's funeral.
Earlier it became known that the Ukrainian Armed Forces troops who invaded the territory of the Russian Federation shot a 24-year-old pregnant girl in the Sudzhansky district. She wanted to leave the dangerous place by car with her family.
