MOSCOW, August 8 Police have detained three migrants who kidnapped a man in the Moscow region, beat him and locked him in a car service, threatening him with a screwdriver and an air pistol, the head of the press service said. According to her, one of the attackers contacted a 26-year-old man via messenger and, introducing himself as a girl, invited him to meet on Vokzalnaya Street in Odintsovo. When the citizen arrived at the appointed place, his accomplices forcibly put him in a car, beat him, and then took him and locked him in a car service station on Yuzhnaya Street.
The accomplices, continuing to use physical force, and also threatening with an “air pistol and a screwdriver,” took the victim’s mobile phones and passport, demanding 100 thousand rubles. The victim transferred the 30 thousand rubles he had to the raiders.
«The suspects were detained by police in Odintsovo at their residential addresses. Detectives seized the instruments of crime from them, as well as a passport and one phone stolen from the victim,» Petrova added.
A criminal case has been initiated under Articles 126, 162, 163 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. Three defendants were taken into custody.
