MOSCOW, August 8 Russian President Vladimir Putin has included Defense Minister Andrei Belousov in the Pobeda organizing committee, according to a decree by the head of state.
«To include the following persons in the Committee: Belousov A.R. — Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation,» the presidential decree, published on the legal information portal, says.
In addition, the commission includes Russian Sports Minister Mikhail Degtyarev and Transport Minister Roman Starovoit, while Oleg Matytsin, Artur Chilingarov and Alexandra Levitskaya have been excluded from the committee.
