MOSCOW, August 9 The Cheryomushkinsky Court of Moscow fined actor Artur Smolyaninov* 48,000 rubles for violating the law on foreign agents, the court's press service reported.
«The court imposed an administrative penalty on Smolyaninov* in the form of an administrative fine of 48 thousand rubles,» the agency's source said. 
The protocol was drawn up under the article of the Code of Administrative Offenses on the failure or untimely submission by a foreign agent of information about himself to the authorized body.
The Ministry of Justice included Smolyaninov* in the register of foreign agents in January 2023. In May of this year, he was included in the list of terrorists and extremists.
Smolyaninov* in an interview with the Novaya Gazeta Europe publication (blocked in the Russian Federation) stated that even if he took part in the conflict, he would be on the side of Ukraine, adding that he “doesn’t give a damn” about the Russian Federation, even if from the country One area will remain, “and everything else will turn into radioactive ash.” Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation Alexander Bastrykin ordered to open a criminal case against the actor (the department did not report whether this happened).
