MOSCOW, August 10 Russian air defense shot down an aircraft-type UAV over the territory of the Belgorod region, the Russian Defense Ministry reported on Saturday.
«At about 12:05 Moscow time, «an attempt by the Kyiv regime to carry out a terrorist attack using an aircraft-type UAV against targets on the territory of the Russian Federation was thwarted,» the statement said.
The Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicle was destroyed by air defense systems on duty over the territory of the Belgorod Region, the department clarified.
