Coming to Moscow for a short visit is actually not that expensive, even in the summer. The highest daily rent is in the areas near Moscow-City and the Bolshoi Theater (9.6 thousand and 7.1 thousand rubles per night, respectively), the most affordable short-term overnight stays are near the Kremlin in Izmailovo and the Kolomenskoye Museum-Reserve (from 3.9 thousand to 4.3 thousand rubles, respectively).

The average daily rental rate at the indoor amusement park on the Nagatinsky Peninsula is 5.6 thousand rubles. Investors who plan to invest in rental housing will have to pay an average of 487 thousand per square meter for premises in local new buildings.

«Moscow-City». The average daily rent here is 9.6 thousand rubles, the average cost per square meter in new buildings is 636 thousand.
