The media reported who receives the highest salaries among blue-collar workers
The highest level of wages in blue-collar jobs is for electricians, assemblers and fitters, according to the RIA Novosti article.
The leaders in this aspect are electricians, whose average salary is 103.4 thousand rubles. Second place is occupied by assemblers, who receive an average of 86.6 thousand rubles, and the top three is closed by fitters with an average salary of 85.4 thousand rubles.
In addition, the average salary of general workers is 78 thousand rubles. Employers pay electricians an average of 76.8 thousand rubles, slightly less for electricians — 71.1 thousand rubles. Loaders have an average salary of 52 thousand rubles, gas workers — about 48.7 thousand rubles.
It was previously reported that the lowest salaries in Russia are received by teachers, psychologists, artists, janitors, cleaners, educators and nannies. Janitors receive 32.6 thousand rubles, educators and nannies — 40.5 thousand rubles, teachers — 41.9 thousand rubles, psychologists and artists — 45.6 thousand rubles. At the same time, the average salary in the country is considered to be 70-75 thousand rubles.
In 2024, wage growth in the Russian Federation is expected to be at the level of eight percent, and real incomes of the population — about five. Pavel Seleznev, Dean of the Faculty of International Economic Relations of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, noted the difficult situation on the Russian labor market, and emphasized that in the conditions of a shortage of employees, businesses have to fight for them, including by increasing salaries and bonuses. According to him, this is bad news for entrepreneurs, but employees can be happy.
Wage growth in 2024 should be expected in such industries as electric power, transport, construction, hotel and restaurant business. The extremely low unemployment rate indicates an acute shortage of labor, especially in manufacturing industries.
