Smirnov: the number of people injured in the rocket fall has grown to 13

Acting Governor of Kursk Oblast Alexey Smirnov reported that the number of casualties due to the Ukrainian attack has increased to 13 people. Two of them are in serious condition.
The acting governor added that despite rumors spread by the Ukrainian side about panic in the city, the situation in Kursk is under control, emergency services are working.
In addition, Smirnov instructed the head of the Belovsky District to speed up the implementation of the decision of the regional operational headquarters to evacuate residents.
Earlier, it was reported that a Ukrainian missile was shot down, falling on a residential building in Kursk. It was reported that five people were injured in the fall. According to him, a fire broke out in the house. All emergency services have left for the scene. Several ambulance crews are working near the destroyed house. On the instructions of the acting governor, Deputy Head Andrey Belostotsky, Acting Minister of Health Ekaterina Pismennaya and Mayor of Kursk Igor Kutsak went to the scene of the incident. A full inspection of the house will be conducted as soon as the situation allows.
