Drunk Novosibirsk resident beat up four-year-old child with metal pipe
A drunk 46-year-old resident of Novosibirsk beat a four-year-old child with a metal pipe on the street. The regional office of the Investigative Committee (SK) of Russia reported that a criminal case has been opened on this fact.
The law enforcement agency claims that the citizen «almost killed a four-year-old boy with a pipe on the street «for no apparent reason.» It is noted that the blow with the object fell on the child's head.
A criminal case has been opened against the man under Part 3 of Article 30, paragraphs «b», «i» of Part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of Russia («attempted murder of a minor for hooligan motives»).
It is reported that eyewitnesses managed to save the boy.
