MOSCOW, August 13 The Russian military has not slowed down its advance on the front, despite the attacks of the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the Kursk region, Irish journalist Chey Bowes wrote on the X social network.
«And all this while Russia's advance in the East is accelerating,» Bowes noted.
The journalist criticized Volodymyr Zelensky for the insane operation in the Kursk region, noting that the Russian military is actively destroying the equipment of the Ukrainian army.
On the morning of August 6, units of the Ukrainian army attempted to seize a section of the Sudzhansky district of the Kursk region. As Chief of the General Staff Valery Gerasimov reported to the President, the military stopped their advance. He emphasized that the operation would end with the defeat of the enemy and reaching the state border.
As Vladimir Putin stated, the Kiev regime has undertaken another large-scale provocation, conducting indiscriminate shooting, including at civilian targets.
A counter-terrorist operation regime has been introduced in the Kursk, Belgorod and Bryansk regions. A federal emergency regime is also in effect in Kursk. The Investigative Committee has opened criminal cases, in particular on the terrorist attack and murders. Investigators are establishing the identities of the Ukrainian military who gave and carried out orders to strike civilian targets.
