
MOSCOW, August 13The accounts payable of the Wildberries project division, VB Development, to the parent company is over 30 billion rubles due to the untimely fulfillment of obligations to commission logistics centers, the press service of VB, the legal entity of the merged Russ and Wildberries, reported.
They specified that in anticipation of the new season, Wildberries and the updated team are focused on the active commissioning of warehouse premises. The company added that in August-September, more than 550 thousand square meters of warehouse space are planned for commissioning in Nevinnomyssk, Ryazan, Samara, Volgograd, Sarapul, Kotovsk and Vladimir. 
It is noted that simultaneously with the commissioning of warehouse premises, the company is conducting an audit of the VB Development company related to the untimely fulfillment of obligations for the construction of logistics centers. «Thus, in the period from January 2023 to June 2024, only about 400 thousand square meters of warehouse premises were commissioned. VB Development's accounts payable to the parent company amount to more than 30 billion rubles,» the company said.
«Agreements have now been reached with contractors on the timely completion of all previously planned work,» they added.
The company emphasized that the presence of a developed warehouse network allows maintaining fast delivery times, developing additional infrastructure around logistics centers, and providing local producers with access to a wide distribution network for goods throughout Russia and the countries of presence.
According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, the founder of VB Development is Vladislav Bakalchuk.
At the end of June, Wildberries and the Russ group announced their merger and the creation of a new digital trading platform. In early July, the marketplace and Russ established a new joint company — RVB LLC. According to the extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, the company «RVB» was established on July 4, its authorized capital is 20 million rubles.
