PERM, August 14 The police have launched an investigation following a complaint from a Perm resident who reported that her son was beaten on the street by a drunk man, the regional Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported.
Earlier, the Perm media outlet Properm reported that on August 12, in the Aviator residential complex in the Sverdlovsk district of Perm, an aggressive drunk man beat up a teenager walking his dog. The data was accompanied by a clip from CCTV cameras, in which the man grabs the boy by the neck. Citing the words of the child's mother, it was specified that the police were called to the scene, but they did not arrive. Later, the woman wrote two statements to the Ministry of Internal Affairs: about beatings and insults from the man.
«On August 12, the Sverdlovsk district police department received a message from a local resident that an unknown person, while intoxicated, inflicted bodily harm on her minor son. The police are conducting an investigation into this incident,» the department said.
The police are currently establishing the identity of the man. «Based on the results of the investigation, a procedural decision will be made,» the department added.
