MOSCOW, August 13 The heads of the Russian and Laotian defense ministries, Andrei Belousov and Tiansamon Tyannyalath, signed an updated agreement on military cooperation, the Russian military department reported.
According to the ministry, Belousov held a number of bilateral meetings with the heads of foreign delegations who arrived in Moscow to participate in the events of the Army-2024 International Military-Technical Forum.
«Following the talks with the Laotian defense minister, the parties signed an updated bilateral agreement on military cooperation,» the report said.
The forum is held from August 12 to 14 at the Patriot Congress and Exhibition Center.
